Runningdays for coachs

___

How the Runningdays support your coaching business

The Runningdays in spring, summer, autumn and winter as well as the 90-Minutes-Challenges in February, May, August and November represent great opportunities and provide great goals for organized training for running coaches, corporate run group leaders and club coaches.

The Runningdays do not want to replace classic location and time-bound running events. However, they enrich the running scene with their flexibility. Even if the general health situation allows the usual and popular road races again, the races, which can either be run individually or as a group, will endure.

Team runs for clubs and coaches

The Laufcampus Runningdays offer coaches the chance to organize runs as part of the Runningdays as part of their coaching work and to use the ready-made solutions of the Laufcampus Runningdays for participants management and results service.

The Runningdays and challenges offer coachs and athletes

  • Fixed, reliable dates all year round
  • twelve different competition ratings (six each for running and walking)
  • To organize competition runs either solo, with observance of distance rules or as group runs
  • to integrate the Runningday runs into your training times from Monday to Sunday
  • to organize the Challenge runs either on Saturdays or Sundays
  • participants management with naming of athletes and individual team names
  • Result lists with overall lists, as well as classification by age and gender
  • bib numbers and certificates to print out yourself
  • valuable medals tied to the respective running event
  • the usual special features for participants at all Runningdays, such as great prizes, attractive discounts and interesting special rankings

Runningdays as performance diagnostic

The Runningdays can also be used as performance diagnostics in preparation for classic and popular road races. The following scenarios are conceivable:

• the 5 kilometer run as preparation for a 10 kilometer race

• the 30 kilometer run as an endurance test before a marathon

• The 1000 meter run as LC1000 performance diagnostics, especially for Laufcampus coaches an attractive opportunity to offer their athletes the motivation of a global LC1000 comparison with other athletes.

Several occasions a week

As it is common at national and international championships, club and running group coaches can also have several challenges ready for their protégés. For example, as part of training on Tuesdays, an LC1000 for performance diagnostics and a race over 5,000 or 10,000 meters at the weekend.

How to optimize the Runningdays as a coach

  • Find suitable flat routes
  • Measure the routes in the best possible way with digital route planners, e. g. with Strava or Komoot or calibrated wheels
  • Show your participants the running routes during a training run
  • Provide them with GPS tracks for the running routes
  • Accompany the runs as a coach with everything that makes a good coach: with motivation, mobility and stretching exercises, feedback
  • The presentation of Runningdays finisher medals - immediately after the run - is an attractive option
